Executed in conjunction with the 75th anniversary of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) the New Norris House endeavors to capture the spirit of technological and cultural innovation present in the work of the New Deal agency and apply it to 21st century challenges. Located in one of the nation’s first planned communities, the house uses a variety of sustainable design strategies to create a home that is environmentally progressive and extremely livable.
